Nagasree leads FunBums with a warmth parents notice on the very first visit — the kind that makes a mother comfortable leaving her child here on day one. She settles nervous first-timers, draws out the quiet ones, and keeps things fresh for the children who have been here a while, so no day feels like the one before. An engineer by training, she brings that same care and structure to how the school is run.

Bhavika keeps everything running — schedules, staff, routines, the hundred small things that have to go right before a parent ever notices. Her real focus is habit-building: eating on their own, tidying up, sharing, greeting people — the small disciplines that stay with children long after preschool. She's also the creative eye behind much of what you see around the centre.
